Yes, you can use a quarter wave transformer between the feedline and transformer. But it is a very narrowband match. It works only for a specific frequency.

B. Impedance refers to the resistance of the flow of electricity. In this case, it is used to measure impedance during external defibrillation. Which is why gel is used to reduce impedance.
