How to managing one NUMA (Non Uniform Memory Access) machine ?

Hi,

We have one 4CPUs server with AMD Opteron 61xx (2x6 cores). But this is a NUMA (Non Uniform Memory Access) machine.
What is the best way, then OS ?, to optimize the management of this kind of machine ? I can read somethings Windows Server 2012 on the WEB...
