How to manage a specific pdk’s nmos HB simulation in Virtuoso ADE?

Dear,

I try to simulate HB of a foundri’es nmos. Everything seams OK except a warning of:

“Warning from spectre.
WARNING (SPECTRE-16718): inlinesubcktcurrent option is set as `subckt', all the inline subckts will be treated as normal subckts when you access the current of their terminals.”

After sim, I launch plot MainFrame and select HB as following. I wanna plot Gain vs Pin. I was then stopped by selecting ”mumerator output instance terminal”. I tried to click everthing in schematic, but all in wane. The plot window in empty black. Warning shows:

“*Warning* object selected is not a valid selection object”

Would u plz help me?
Moreover, this foundri’es pdk does not support direct sim. One should add save.scs file under the working directory. Say as:

“save NM0.mnppoint
save *ppoint sigtype=dev”

With this file mounted in ModelLibrary, one can sweep the process parameters.
Are there some documents explain this case, as well as some examples.

Did you enable Device Currents ( ALL ) in Saving Options in ADE ??
