I am wondering how to make the pad design for this three SMD compnent? Thanks in advance.

Click to expand... What PCB design package are you using? All commercial packages come with footprints (pads) for standard sizes (0603, 0805, 1206).

I make my PA deisgn in ADS, and to stablize the device I need to sold the SMD like above. The design I use is FR4 microstrip and want to sold this component on top. Let me know if it is still unclear. Thanks
