That will require one big battery. What do you plan to use?

Re: Isolated Power Supply ?

Hi,

You wanted to design for mass production or this is for one of project.

if for one of project, I recommendation you purchase read made solution like from Mean Well.

Converting DC to DC and with isolation will involve SMPS transformer design. which is not cheap.

Assume your design is not for mass production and you do not mind on the efficiency.

You need the following;
1. transformer. (you need to decide your battery voltage and decide the ratio accordingly)

2. Preferably center-taped transformer (primary side)

3. Astable multivibrator (555 IC) will drive the transistor on the primary side.

4. Regulator on the secondary side to create DC voltage.

If you can figure out what I am saying I can draw simple schematic.
