The amplifier you have designed, must be for some specifications.
i.e UGB, Gain, Phase margin, ICMR, PSRR, Noise etc.
The amplifier designed, has to be used in some closed loop configuration, see fro the stability, its frequency responce, slewrate etc.

First, you know the performance parameters of Op Amp, such as DC gain, GBP, CMRR, PSSR etc. Then you simulated it. Depend on your applications, you will trade off among those parameters.
