How to make lc oscillator reliable

Recently , I have completed a 2.4g - 2.8g lc vco with ads and hspice in simulation aspects. How could
I make it more reliable ,what I mean is to make
it a really working chip . And agilent ads is really reliable for lc oscillator design ? I have simulate it with HB Simulation to tune its phase noise.
What is the next step to make it more reliable .

This is my first time to make chip . I hope
it will success . so please any man with success
story in lc vco design can give me advice . Thx ~~
 

Hi could you post your lc oscillator design.I am also looking to simulate it.what parameters did you use for mosfets.It would be great if you could help me out plz.
