graphical lcd controller

Hi,

I got my hand on a very nice LCD display (320x240, monochrome). However the screen doesn't have a built-in controller.

The interface is 4-bit parallel data + 2 clocks signals (1 for clocking the 4-bit nibbles and 1 for latching a line of 320 dots).

The datasheet specifies that I need to refresh the display as there is no built-in refresh RAM. There is only a built-in driver.

Anyone know a controller chip for those screens? I can figure out how to make one, but, you know... the easy way is always more attractive!

Thanks guys,

cyberblak

Hello,

The S1D13305 from EPSON is a suitable Controller.
