How to locate a signal in a CAN message.

Hi

Am writing a CANgate way program, which transfers the messages in CAN 1 to CAN 2 bus..
Am able to block one of such message's. But i need to block a single signal in a message and sent all other normal value in the message is it possible. IF possible can you please help me on this..
