How to load only changer to PCB linked with netlist in Protel 99?

Hi,I have schematic and PCB that they have linked together by NETLIST.

I have changed schematic and creat NETLIST again but when I load it to PCB all nets rename.

I want to load only changes to PCB.How can I do it?
