How to load array into Simulink block's parameter

I want to load an array containing a series of values which i want to insert into the Simulink AWGN block's SNR parameter.

What i want to achieve is for the model to calculate the BER for a series of SNR values.

How do i achieve this?

Thx mana, it looks mightily similar to the help documentation of Simulink :)
