How to let multiple OCC created clocks driving registers become single scan chain ?

If OCC controller is created for multiple clocks, it seems that multiple scan chains created. (some chain only consist of occ_ck1, but some consist of occ_ck1, occ_ck2. no idea about this)

How to let the scan chains concatenated in single one chain(they are all clocked by "ate_clk" when scan shift) by synthesis script ?
