Go on Xilinx site, register and download the free ISE 6.2i webpack :

Then download and view some of the tutorials available about ISE 6 :

h**p://www.xilinx.com/support/techsup/tutorials/tutorials6.htm


Try to build some simple projects like a state machine, or a simple dynamic memory controller etc.
