with 5 NMOSFETs of 10/2 : (35/2 + 45/2 + 55/2 + 65/2)? thanks
 

ur unit can't be 10/2, if u want this current mirror to be matched, u can choose a unit of dimensions 5/2.
 

I think 2.5/2 is better for layout matching.

(2-dimension matching)
