I want to know the IGBT high power density device >10w/cm2 in market to buy,implemented in 3 phase inverter (1200v,100A).Im doing research to test the thermal interface materials.
 

IMHO, the best 5th 6th and 7th generation IGBT's are only from Mitsubishi.

If you want the best water cooled solution, I know,someone who has it. It looks like a slice of copper sea sponge.
