Hi everybody,
I have to simulate a lumped elements loaded antenna in CST Microwave Studio. The used lumped elemenets are defined by S parameters.
Could CST accept this kind of mixture simualtion?

regards,
Sami

Can you elaborate a bit more? Is it the generator load? or is it a termination like in a leaky-wave antenna?
You can always go the other way, meaning: Extract the S-parameters of the antenna as a Touchstone file and use it in a microwave circuit software (MWoffice, ADS etc.)

Good luck,
P.

You can do this with CST Design Studio by importing a touchstone file of the lumped elements in Design Studio and co-simulating it with Microwave Studio.
