How to interface two devices with PC through parallel port?

I want to know it ispossible to interface two devices with PC through parallel port, i want to get a data from one device through the port and then after processig, it has to be send to controller 89c52 through the same port( parallel port)?

It is possible to "interface two devices with PC through parallel port", but easier is to do the same through the serial port ..
Just use two tri-state (Hi-Z) RS-232 drivers, assign unique addresses to each of these devices and write an applicatin which will read data from ADDRESS#1 and send data to ADDRESS#2 ..
