How to interface any ARM processor to a network card?

hey... can anyone tell me how to interface any ARM processor to the network card?I am currently working on ARM 7(LPC2378)processor.I want to use the ethernet port of the same.

NIC+MCUs

General interface of network processors to NIC is as
network processor (MAC) + PHY + Magnetics (Transformers) + RJ45
