they do direct u for the download stuff on SystemC.org website .. and it's basically according to ur needs .. maybe u need the TLM library .. maybe u just need the core .. things like that ..
and once u download what u effectively need , u will unzip the files and among them u will find a txt file called INSTALL .. where u will find all the instruction of installing SystemC libraries on ur VC++ 6.0 or even other compilers like GCC.
