Hi everybody.
I have tsmc90nm_rf techfile & i wana install (add) that folder & use it on the virtuoso 6. But i can't do this.
Who can help me about this problem? It's necessary for me.

what you need is a PDK installation script. having the techfile alone is not always sufficient. talk to whoever administrates CAD tools at your institution, they should figure it out for you.
 

I don't work in an institution. I wanna just learn how to install techfile on cadence virtuoso. Which installation script can help me???
I just want this script & learn that.
