How to install new Matlab toolbox

I have a Sigma Delta toolbox that I want to add/install on my Matlab. Could you tellme what to do?

hello Mahyar, i hav the same problem. if u got the solution then please tell me. I have matlab 2010, and want to add "Delta Sigma Toolbox"
