How to install DC 2001.11 in linux 7.3 or 8.0 ?

Hi,

Who can tell me how to do?
I only use the Windows OS,But I don't use linux for the EDA tools!
I am a freshman on linux OS!

It is easy to install DC under RH 7.x.
#mkdir tmp_dir
#cd tmp_dir syn_xxxx.tar
You can find a script file "install.now"
#./install.now

In RH8.0, you need install ncurses4 library before you install DC.
You can find the ncurses4 in you RH CD or :http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM"
 

yes,I install this version in linux 7.3
it works good and you need set the enviroment variable.
