My SMPS current rating is Input- 230V AC
Output- 27 to 31 V DC
Current rating is 18A. I want it to increase it to 26A.
The PWM Controller IC is KA3525 & MOSFETS are 11NK100Z.

Please suggest me what improvement should be done?

All, and I mean all the major components in the powertrain would most likely require replacement, plus some of the feedback components.
Then the thermal management would have to be addressed.

Hi abhishek.2138
It's not as simple as you think because you are going to increase current capability of a designed SMPS , so you must be able to analyze it at first , ( and as well ) ( what topology / how are feedbacks / how is it's transformer and ... etc )
it's seems that you must change many of the parts of your circuit . so i highly recommend you to don't go through it and design a new converter .
