How to increase BW in folded cascode amplifier?

Hi friends,

I designed folded cascode opamp..I would like to get BW around 200M,
but i got around 100 M, can anyone plz tell me what can i do for increasing BW

Or reduce your output cap.

If your paracitic capacitors are already to big. Maybe you can reduce the sizes of your output devices.

Be careful though, because the first non-dominant pole will hardly move, so your phase margin decreases...
