Hello all, I am now designing a LC VCO in JAZZ process. In their design book about inductor, it says that for proper simulation results it is necessary to include a substrate pin with name "sub" connected to ac ground into the schematic?

Could anyone please tell how to do this in ADS or Cadence? Thanks a lot in advance!
