How to improve SNR of sigma delta adc/dac?

I have designed a sigma delta adc/dac.But snr is very bad.Can some body give me some suggestion to improve the snr?

Is your reference stable?

Did you check whether output of integrator saturate ?

the reference is stable enough.the output is ok because the input is very small.

In order to find the peak SNR input should be -3dB below full scale .
