How to improve AC PSRR of a bandgap?

The circuit shown in the bandgap.jpg simple bandgap. It satisfies all requirements.
Ha has enough good DC PSR-when VDD changes from 2.4 to 3.6V, VBG changes about 200uV. But AC PSRR is poor- with AC signal on VDD 200mV p-p with f=2MHz, the AC signa on VBG is 19mV p-p with f=2MHz. I can decrease the AC response on VBG, putting capacitor on node VBG. But it is quite big.

Is there some special solution to improve AC PSRR of the circuit, without chanding the type of the bandgap?
