Hello,

I have a board reference design created in PADS 2007 format. I would like to use this reference in Altium Designer as a base platform of my own design.

Is it possible to convert PADS 2007 .pcb file to .pcbdoc Altium file?

You can use the import wizard that comes with Altium. It will create a nee project.

I have exported .pcb file to PADS LayoutV2007 .asc , but is seems that Altium could accept only older versions i.e. PADS LayoutV2005.2 .asc

I'm not sure if I've made translation correctly, but it seems that there is some mismatches in layout drawing...
