Hi,

How to implement a variable resistance in CMOS process, like the value is controlled by voltage. Thanks a lot.
 

I am not sure about Voltage variable , but we can implement the temperature variable resistance using temperature gradient parameter.
 

Both pins floating or one of them grounded?
