can u help me , how to identify the model of this SMD RF transistor since it only have "Ek" or "Eg" marking, and there is no product code .i really need the datasheet for the RF transistor to make some gain adjustment for LNA. here is the pic of RF transistor
**broken link removed**
i want to increase the gain for LNA by using the same RF transistor, are all of the ceramic transistor have all the same spec ?(doesnt have any product code)
i need the datasheet for this RF transistor
It's got gold plating so it may be an old HP>Agilent>Avago part. Just saying that because they used to gold plate everything. Possibly MA/COM too. Also, gold lead-frame usually means GaAs since gold wide-bonds must be used. The substrate looks like Duroid so costs were not cut. Look at or measure the bias and you can tell right away if it is BJT, FET, or Gain Block. Maybe try CEL, Hittite, or Stanford. Probably not Minicircuits or something cheap.
thanks, but are u sure this is the right one ? i search for the datasheet and i found out that the MGF130X Series have all the same shape, i still havent found yet the meaning of "Ek" ,"Eg" , "T" on the transistor, since i found more of the transistor with these marking. i'd really appreciate for the help

thanks for the info , but are you sure that MGF1302 that can be use in freq range 3,7 - 4,2 GHz for C-band. How much the MGF1302 gain have ? i'll using it for LNA C-band application
