how to identify diode??
package: mini melf
Colour band: yellow
no marking on diode just it has yellow colour band .

please tell me how to identify diode??

Without a number or other identifier it is not possible to know what it is. It sounds like a Vishay Zener. If you can measure the junction voltage it will identify the technology.

That small parts often can be identified by colors or some markings, but for exact value of part such as zener voltage, you should do some tests.

Best regards,
Peter
