How to higlight mosfet in subthreshold in Virtuoso

I see that in virtuoso you can higlight or list on the design the mosfet in triode region ( using circuit conditions)

Do you know if there is the same possibility for the mosfets in threshold region? I tried to add an user defined condition, but i cannot select mosfet as component

Yes, it was what i tried to do but for some reason mosfets are not present in the components menu when i want to define the user condition

I didn t see them..The only thing is that there is no region parameter in my case..so I still don t know how to select the mosfets in subthreshold i can just put some value of vgs as upper-lower bound..
