How to go from Orcad schematics to Blazerouter and/or PCB?

How do I go from Orcad schematics "Capture 9.2.3" to Blazerouter and/or expedition PCB :?:
I think Orcad schematic "Capture 9.2.3" is the best tool for the job. But to do PCB with Layout Plus is not to nice. If anyone now a good pcb program please tell me. I want to connect the schematic to component layout. If it's graphical GUI whith preview and edit

you can try cadence psd.
i worked with it for a period, a perfect tool.

mr. jochez u r right.
capture is best for schematic but for layout expedition is better.but at the same time spectra is the good tool for the routing. u can use pads2003 for the placement and routing in the spectra.or blaze router. but u should know how to update the sch to pads2003.if u got any problem in updating pm me i will help u.

orcad to blazerouter.........
make a netlist of the schematics and open that netlist in notepad..
then paste the format required for powerpcb...(u can get this from file/import/ window)
after pasting this..save and import this netlist in powerpcb...
and then u can start ur placement..powerPCB is best for placement..
if ur design is of more then 10 laye4r then use spectra....

its more flexible other wise blazerouter will do...

Cadence Allegro has a perfect interface with OrCAd Capture an is a good tool. But many people also prefer PADs to do the layout after designing in OrCAd capture.

I use orcad for sch, then use power pcb for PCB design.
If you work for general circuit,I think orcad and power_pcb is best

here is a macro which will solve all the problem
for updating the sch to pads layout.

condition is that the file should be located in the C:\ route.
and the netlist should be pointed to this asci file.

Me taenia that same problem but I realized that the PADS is until but easy to use that the ORCAD.

The same PowerLogic is an excellent one it "Captures" he/she has all the necessary one.
If you want something but sophisticated as it captures cis then you notice the pads designer.

maybe you don't work anytime with other system.
Orcad PCB is totally bad tool!!!
Many, many bugs still in after SP1 of v.10 (15.1).
Philosophy of this tool is completely different than Capture.

STILL 1 UNDO!!!!!!!! in Layout!!!!!

Please look at Pads2003/2004 or Protel99.
Much flexible, easier.

you can use Allegro of Cadence PSD 14.2 for pcb. it is a good tools.

I think the protel99se is the best tool to layout.

Pads is better than for you because Cadence they have rules about illigal character if you don't know these rules you will get into trouble.
