how to give input in FPGA kit

hi,
i made a architecture,in that 19 eight bit input and 15 bit output is their,and architecture will run for 16 clock cycle,and during every positive edge of clock i have to give 8 bit input in all 19 input pin.this progrme i simulated in verilog xilinx.now i want to implement it in sparten chip.so please give me idea how to implement.how to give input to sparten chip either by maually or using computer.
give your suggetion immidiatly.

i dont know anything about spartan kit(how to give input).

Please clarify "how to give input".
Do you mean "how do I generate 152 test signals and feed them into the board?"
Or do you mean "how do I download a configuration bitstream into the FPGA?"

Which Spartan kit and development software do you have?
