Hi all
I am using 0.13um UMC rf technology files
I wonder how to know Vdd & Cox for that technology and Vt for every transistor
I mean how to know the values of the parameter of that technology

Any one can help ??
send me the values if he know or tell me how to know it

Thanx
regards
Salem

PDK question

VDD either 1.2 or 1.5 V (check design manual)
Vt and Cox, run a DC simulation and check the parameter list in Analog Artist

if you obtain the pdk from the foundry, you can consult them to request the manual

PDK question

it should be located close to the model directory.

PDK question

I don't have UMC kit. It's also unlikely someone can send it to you as the person has to sign a NDA with UMC.

Check the kit folders.. you should have it or else get the CAD guy to install all the packages...

Added after 13 minutes:

From UMC website, it says 1.2 V
