how to model and get i-v characteristics curve of a schottky diode in ansoft designer
 

I don't think it's a good way to do that in HFSS, you can do it easily in AWR or ADS. If you must do it in HFSS, you can try to import the S-para.

thanks. can u show me how to do it in ADS.May be an example
 

ADS-->DesignGuide-->Amplifier-->DC and Bias Point Simulations-->BJT IV curves ...and ... FET IV curves.

You can search in ADS library to find the diode you want to use. If not found, you can build the diode spice model, then simulate.
