Dear Sir,
I took PHEMT nonlinear model from the AVAGO ATF34143 transistor datasheet, created the nonlinear model from the help of datasheet. That model, I made it as subcircuit act as non linear transistor model. Now I want to bias for this nonlinear model, connected external resistor and external voltage also.I couldn't get the Vds=3V, Ids=20mA, Vds= 4v , Ids =60mA. What I have to connect to get the desired Vds= 3v, Ids=20mA , gain of G(dB)=17.43 at 1.5GHz.I am here with attaching the file, can you help anybody to get the proper biasing and get the proper values.
