how to get input impedance

I tried to get Rin vs. frequency. It seems that the capacitance at Vin node somehow shunts Rin and form a zero. But when I used small signal analysis, I couldn't find this zero but a zero by the capacitance at Vout node.

Anyone can tell me what I think wrong?

it has a zero. there is a cap between Vbias and Vin, say Cgs, which shunt with Rin

Hi,

Are you going to use hand calculation to find the input impedance or simulators such as Hspice to plot the impedance?
