I am using Orcad Capture Pspice simulation.

https://gansystems.com/gan-transistors/gs-065-060-5-t-a/

In this link there are spice models. When I download it there is only .lib file. But I need .olb file too.

I read user guide pdf but I couldn't get .olb file for pspice.

Is there anyone can get this or advice a way to do it ?

You generate .olb for .lib file with PSpice model editor. Guidelines on the internet.
But for it I need asc file or notepad file . In here there is no. So how will I create this ?

No, it is created normally when you save the job. .olb = OrcadLibraryBinary is a library file created when doing a symbol or complete schematic in capture (which is the graphic editor for pspice).
