Like the topic says.

I want to get a stable 12V that can manage a current of 9A from a source that is somewhere between 6 and 15 volts (car).
Does anyone know how to do this? Or even better, have schematics for this?

The best way to do this would be to use a switchmode power supply that takes your input voltage (6v-15v) and converts it to a regulated 12volts DC. The 9 amps that you need is quite a high current rating ( cabling of at least 1mm). Sorry I do not have any circuits for you try searching google for switch mode inverters.

To accept input range from 6-15V and produce constant 12V ouput @9A is not an easy task, but it is not impossible ..
To do that you will need BUCK-BOOST converter ..
Here is an example og such a converter:
"The 12V/5A Buck-Boost Converter - Input 5-32V Output 12V"
https://www.epc.com.cn/meeting/resource/2005power/download/linear.pdf
Although it was design for 5A output current, by changing Rsense (≈10mΩ) and adding another set of MOSFETS in parallel with those already in the circuit, you should be able to increase the output current to, say, 10A ..
