How to generate step input for Spice model

step input + hspice

Hi anyone,

Please help me on how to generate step input for Spice model. Can I use PULSE function with low frequency and how low is acceptable?

Hi friend,

You can use....provided the duration of the step is>>than all the circuit transitions.
so approxly calculate this and accordingly choose the step duration
