how to generate ibis version 5.0 models

ibis 5.0 models

HI,

i know that S2IBIS3 is used for generating IBIS models upto version 3.2, but i want to generate IBIS models with version 5.0. Can i use S2IBIS3 for generating IBIS 5.0 models.
If yes, what are all the changes required in the *.s2i file.
If not is there any free tool that can be used to generate IBIS 5.0 models from spice netlist.

Quicker replies are very much appreciated.
