How to generate a synopsys .lib for a Macro GDSII

I use manual layout to generate a SRAM GDSII, but how can I to create a
Synopsys .lib file ?

Anybody can help me !
 

you must simulate the circuit using spice in several conditions and then write your own .lib file manully
