How to fix ANT. Space violation in INNOVUS(ENCOUNTER)

Hello.
I'm working P&R using INNOVUS.
But, I have some problem about ANTENNA DIODE and DRC error.

first.
after place, occured antenna violation at all PINs. > so, I use "userAddDiodesToIOs.tcl" > then, The error disappeared a little. but, Error still exists(error count 14).
how to clear ANT error.

second.
When I import GDS at Virtuoso and run DRC, Antenna error ouccred too many.(error count 500)

What's the problem?

it's impossible to answer without details. if you have antenna violation in all pins, you are doing something really unusual
