How to find the maximum operating frequency having delay times?

if setup time,hold time ,clock to q delay and clock to q' delay r given in a flip flop
how do i find the max operating frequency

Fmax=1/(micro setup+micro tco+data_delay),though different company has different definition, what you need to do is to understand the hardware knowledge or physical meaning about signals in timing path
