I came across the Load calculation table in which the Maximum load is multiplied by (0.7, or 0.9 in my case) a factor to get a Diversified Load.
Is there any formula to calculate the diversity factor?
Is the diversity factor depends upon wire (area, length), Load, voltage drop, or resistance?
Is the calculation of Diversity Factor is same as in single-Phase and Three-Phase?
I would think that the diversity factor is some thing like :- typical average load /maximum load, Which is proportional to number of consumers on the network/total number of consumers. Try Wiki :- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Load_factor_(electrical)

chuckey's reply is helpful. meanwhile, if you need a proposed number for particular customer and condition you can find it in electrical installation books.
