frequency vs. time plot eccm or hopping

I need to find the hopping time of PLL using Spectre RF.
The VCO generates a frequency of 6.336 GHz.
Can any body tell me what sort of analysis to be done, and how to find
hopping time of PLL.
I am new to Cadence Tools, so it will be benifical for me if
you give some details regarding the setting for the simulation.

Re: PLL Hopping Time

You have to find the settle time of the VCO after switching command from initial frequency to target frequency. You need to plot Frequency vs Time of the target frequency, and following the system specification check the point where the frequency is settled within a margin usually measured in ppm.
