How to find or check life span of the MCU (Atmega328p-AU)

I want to know the lifespan of the components like MCU.i check datasheet but can't find.plz, help me to find the life span of the mcu,transistor,tantalum cap.
 

Presumably you mean MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) rather than commercial availability?

If you search for "MTBF of Atmel processors" you will find several sites that may help, but unfortunately do not give absolute answers.
