how to find model file of transistors used in cadence virtuoso

Cadence uses what you tell it to; it offers no preinstalled
transistor models that I've seen. You would normally get
a complete foundry PDK that provides models along with
the rest of the collateral. You might supplement with some
other models (say, a power MOSFET macromodel, a power
inductor lumped subcircuit) by slightly massaging the files
for syntax, and directing the model libraries search path
to find and include them.
