How to find information about Unknown IC on PCB

Hello there,
I am trying to find information about different ICs and devices on a PCB. There is just on tiny little one that I could not find anything about (not even manufacturer and its application) on the internet. "653 MAW" is what is written on its package. It is a two way direction SMD device. The PCB itself consists of a push-button and a PIC16 MCU. Could someone help me to find any information about this chip?

* a photo could help
* and a description /datasheet of the whole device.

schematic would be better. You will have draw schematic from PCB and then people can help based on connection and guessed working mechanism.
